Dawn Johnson, Co-founder & Project Manager
With 15 years of experience working with non-profit and Indigenous organizations on projects that have altered the trajectory of these communities, Dawn brings credible experience and inherent insight to all of her projects. Her primary focus is working with leaders, authorities, and strategic planners to identify and design road maps for grant-funded projects that support an overarching vision, build internal capacity, and meet community needs.
As a strong believer in the values of social enterprise, Dawn carefully considers community, empowerment, innovation, diversity, integrity, and ownership at every turn. She is also intrinsically community-minded, working intentionally in areas that have beneficial social, environmental, and economic impacts.
